wow...I've got a bunch of chard in the garden and blueberries in the fridge...I might try a modified one of these for breakfast tomorrow.

PS, I think my dogs would turn their noses up at a banana
ReplyDeleteTabb,
ReplyDeleteThanks for stoppin' by! Please let me know how your smoothie turns out. We use a Vitamix as it is the best at making smoothies.
Shaggy our dog can put away a few bananas, if we let him.
Peace :)
I have some chard growing in my garden and may give this a go, i'm a little nervous as I've not had a green smoothie, but with blueberries which are also growing in the garden I may just dive in.
ReplyDeleteHi Shaheen,
ReplyDeleteThanks for stoppin' by.
The Green Smoothies are a great way to start one's day. I do not add any sugar to my smoothies, but you can sweeten the smoothie with Stevia, if you like. The blueberries add a special flavor and taste to the smoothie.
You ought to try some :)
Peace :)
