1 LB chopped mushrooms
2 Red Bell Peppers
1 large Onion chopped
1 tbsp grape seed oil
1 tbsp grape seed oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Sherry Wine
1 tsp salt / salt to taste
1 tsp salt / salt to taste
Preparation:
- Heat up the oil in a pan, add the onions, chopped Red Bell Peppers and the mushrooms.
- Add the vinegar and sherry.
- Stir the mixture so that until the mushrooms are somewhat soft.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve on a bed of fresh spinach.
